How can I book the accommodation?
On the opening page of the presentation (Hotels) choose the accommodation facility, which suits you best, then click on its name. On the page of the hotel, please fill in the booking form thoroughly and send it off. Our reservation office will process your require as fast as possible and will reply to you via e-mail or fax.

How can I pay for the accommodation?
1. You can pay the whole amount for the accommodation and services after your arrival to the accommodation facility. By this payment method a guarantee is required.
2. You pay in advance, i. e. you transfer the amount for accommodation and services to our bank account. The whole amount must be paid at least 7 days (groups 20 days) before your arrival.

What is it a guarantee and what guarantee do you accept?
A guarantee is a financial assurance. In case you do not come, although you confirmed your booking and did not cancel the booking before the deadline, then we use your guarantee to pay for the first night.
As a guarantee we accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER) or you can pay a deposit to our account at least 7 days before your arrival (groups 20 days).

What are the cancellation fees?
INDIVIDUALS (9 persons or less)
If you do not cancel your booking by three days before arrival, you will be charged the price of the first night.
GROUPS (10 and more persons)
If you do not cancel your booking by 14 days before arrival, you will be charged the price of the first night.
